Is it safe to book these properties direct?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, the same encrypted payment infrastructure used by major retailers — we never see or store your card details. Every booking includes a written rental agreement spelling out your dates, rate, and protections. These are the same homes you'll find on Airbnb & VRBO with verified reviews from past guests — same properties, same host, better price. If you'd like a connect via phone or FaceTime before booking, just ask.

What's your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

All homes follow the same 30-day advance refundable policy. Full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. 50% refund if you cancel between 30 and 7 days before check-in. Nonrefundable if you cancel within 7 days of check-in. If your plans change for whatever reason, reach out as soon as you can — the earlier you let me know, the more options we'll have.

How does check-in work?

Every home has keyless smart-lock entry — no lockboxes, no key handoffs. You'll receive a link to our customized smart home app that you can use to unlock/lock the doors, as well as your personal door code and a step-by-step arrival guide before check-in.

What's included in the homes?

Designer interiors, premium finishes, and smart-home tech throughout: keyless entry, fast wifi, streaming-ready TVs, and EV charging, Sonos, etc. Each home is stocked like a boutique hotel, with hotel-quality linens, a fullly stocked kitchen, coffee setups, and toiletries.

These are quiet residential homes — no parties, loud music, or events are allowed. We are very respectful of our neighbors and expect our guests to be as well.
